Jennifer is a co founder of Peoplevest. A boutique organization that works with leadership and key stakeholders in organizations to align their business strategies with our learning strategies to yield optimal results and create value. People Vest works with starts-ups and small businesses.

As a learning leader at Loyalty Management University (LMU), a corporate university for an automotive sales, management, and leadership instruction, she worked on a team with several automotive Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to co-create and facilitate courses for new hire orientation, sales, management, leadership, and communications.

 I partnered with the dean of LMU and together we created Peoplevest.

We have worked with businesses, such as indoor farming, skin care, addiction treatment, finance, real estate, vacation sales, nonprofit organizations, and schools.

Mary DeCarlo

Mary DeCarlo is a founding partner of Peoplevest-a company founded in 2012. She is a key leader in the identification, design and implementation of customized, cohesive strategic plans for businesses. This includes all aspects of hiring and onboarding, developing policies and procedures, creating learning materials, delivering learning materials and monitoring results.

Prior to Peoplevest, Mary has 20+ years in the profession of transforming workplace talent nationally and internationally ranging from training sales individuals in the automotive industry to co-founding Loyalty Management University; a university focused on building the skills and confidence of automotive personnel to become professional transportation solvers and serve their customers.

Mary is a graduate of Mount Saint Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance.

Mary is a certified trainer by ATD.
