Jennifer  has worked in the space of leadership development and training with organization development for over 15 years. She concentrates on building strong relationships built on mutual trust, understanding and open communication. Jennifer knows communication is not about what is said, but what is understood when working with  people at all levels of an organization. She is a strategic leader who collaborates with clients to develop and execute their company’s vision, mission and long term goals.

Jennifer upholds high quality standards in  her consulting services to ensure ethical standards are exceeded.  Continuous improvement is a core value, so Jennifer stays abreast of industry trends in leadership and organizational development as a coach and consultant.

Outside of work Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, six children, and 1 grandchild. She volunteers in her local community, church and schools.
